To bid on eGun, you must be logged in as an eGun member

1. Bid only for an item if you truly intend to purchase it. Winning an auction creates a legally binding purchase contract with the seller (see terms and conditions). Please read the item description carefully, as a firearms acquisition license (EWB) is required to purchase licensed firearms.
2. You can enter the maximum amount you want to spend on the corresponding item. Our bidding agent will always bid for you up to this maximum amount to be leading in the bidding. In case of equal bids, the first bid received will lead. If your maximum amount is outbid, you will receive an automatic email informing you about it.
3. The "SofortKauf" option can be offered by the seller within an auction. Immediate purchase is only possible until the first bid is placed.
4. If the "Suggest Price" option is available, you can suggest a price to the seller. They can accept the suggestion or make a counteroffer, after which you get the same opportunity and so on. The price suggestion expires with the first bid or when the item is sold.
5. After the successful end of an auction, you should contact your trading partner as soon as possible. However, no later than the 3rd day.
