The Professor Optiken Watzmann 8x56 HD was designed for use in twilight and night hunting. This binocular is not only ideally suited for hunters. By using powerful Schmidt-Pechan prisms, the Watzmann 8x56 HD impresses with strong contrasts, high color fidelity, and high light performance at a relatively low weight. All moving parts are made of metal and ensure absolute durability.

Despite its compact size, the Watzmann 8x56 HD impresses with its very good performance, so that it is in no way inferior to larger binoculars. The modern optics are equipped with a dielectric mirror and HD glass with low dispersion and fully coated lenses, which achieve not only high light transmission values but also a contrast-rich, color-true and high-resolution image reproduction.

The binoculars were robustly constructed - all movable components were made of metal. The metal eyecups feature a Z-lock and thus an additional central position. The Watzmann 8x56 HD is filled with nitrogen and absolutely waterproof. A nano-coating also ensures that the lenses do not fog. Like all binoculars from Professor Optiken, the Watzmann 8x56 HD also has a tripod mount.
