Grabendolch Kampfmesser Mod. 1916 Wehrmacht Kriegsmarine Stiefelmesser Infanteriemesser Gonon 1941 N

I am offering this original French trench dagger, model 1916. These daggers were originally developed for trench warfare in the First World War. After the occupation of France in the Second World War, the daggers were produced for the Wehrmacht and Kriegsmarine and designated as captured dagger 116 (f). The manufacturer is the company "Gonon 1941." Regarding the history of this dagger: The name of the dagger in the First World War, "Le Vengeur de 1870" (English: "The Avenger of 1870"), refers to the humiliating behavior of the Prussian military in 1870 after France lost the Franco-Prussian War. It is in good condition; please see the photos. Questions are welcome via email. Good luck to all bidders! Please inquire about international shipping beforehand. Thank you!
