No account needed for browsing. Anyone who wants to buy, bid, or sell can sign up once – it takes just a few minutes.

Create an account

The form can be found under Register. There you will enter:

• First and last name, for commercial providers additionally the company
• a username – under this name you will appear on eGun
• a password that you do not use anywhere else
• Your email address: All messages from eGun and your trading partners will be sent to this address.
• Birthdate and address; the address is also your delivery address.
• Country and business status (private or commercial)

If desired, you can immediately deposit your bank details and grant eGun a direct debit authorization for the sales fees – more details under Direct Debit Authorization. If you do not wish to use direct debit, simply leave the fields empty. Finally, confirm the Terms and Conditions and your adulthood.

Confirm your email

After sending, eGun will email you a code to activate your account. Open the link from the email or enter the code under "Confirm Account" – that's how your account becomes active.

If no email arrives, check the spam folder. If it's not there either, the address is probably misspelled; support will assist you via Contact.

Log in and stay logged in

After that, you can log in at any time using your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, reset it under "Forgot Password."

Secure your account

We recommend protecting your account additionally: with two-factor login or a passkey. What else makes a secure account is listed under "Security of your user account."

You can change your details later at any time under "Stammdaten".
